Don’t Just Take Our Word For It
What you think of us…
We would love to hear your feedback about BEANY and our DVD so feel free to get in touch and let us know what you think. Here are some of the lovely things happy customers have already shared with us:
Extracts from a review on 10th July 2013 by Jennie Edspire at www.edspire.co.uk/year_2013/07/10/the-jumping-bean-bag-club-a-review/. Jennie was ranked #1 in the TOTS 100 charts 2013 & 2014 as best blogger and is a finalist in both the BiBs Awards 2015 and the MAD Blog Awards 2015…
“But what makes this activity program unique and so appealing to young children is Beany.
… I love using the exercises from the DVD as part of our every day play. If we are outside I just lead the exercises myself which Esther and William seem to think is very funny. And that is what this is all about. Having physical fun, developing gross motor skills with a smile.”

The aim of the clever people behind The Jumping Bean Bag Club is to get preschool children active from an early age, to help them develop their gross motor skills, co-ordination and balance. So with the rain pouring down outside we opened our Jumping Bean Bag Package.
Initially, I thought that the children would lose interest after a few minutes but to my surprise, they were fully engaged for 40 minutes, from start to finish. They each had a ‘Beany’ beanbag that was used in some of the activities which they grew quite attached to.Most importantly, they had lots of fun and wanted to do it again the next day!

– Develops co-ordination and balance
– Helps children learn left and right
– Improves flexibility and muscle development
It’s a product that I wouldn’t normally buy as I’m very frugal with what little money we have, however after having the chance to review it and see for myself the benefits it has, I would certainly recommend that you give it a go! If you compare the price that it costs, with the potential benefits of helping your children develop well and to keep active, it really is a no-brainer.
Having the beanbag toy Beany, who is a character not just a beanbag, makes it more engaging and fun for them. They are much more likely to want to have the DVD on and join in with the activities because of that.
One of the great things about the DVD is that it is simply done and shows children experiencing the class for the first time! This was really important for us, as if we dropped the bean bag I was able to point out that not everyone on the DVD was doing it perfectly. This definitely proved to be a confidence booster!
The team behind Jumping Bean Bag Club, the Gwynne-Jones family, aim to encourage children to get moving every single day, and they also want to help build confidence in children too. And you really get that from the DVD. I know that it can be a challenge to get children up and moving some days, but the beauty of the DVD- and of course, Beany!- is that it is fun, it is in short sections, and it is easy enough for young children to follow. The preschooler is three and was able to perform all the actions easily. A big thumbs up from us!
So far we have only explored the booklet – it has given us plenty to do – from warm up exercise to balancing and jumping. I love all the pretend activity (can you be a rocket and reach the stars?) and action songs/ lyrics.

“Hi, I’ve received my items today. They are fantastic!! My boys are doing it as I’m typing this – ages 2, 5 & 9. My middle son has Elhers-Danlos & hypermobility syndrome. He is loving the DVD and [it] is making home physio a lot easier:) I’m going to take it to his school on Monday to see if they will help with it as it’s for all children (they won’t help with physio just for A). I have also recommended you on a Facebook group I’m on for disabled children wish I’d have heard about you a year ago. Thank you so much for fast delivery. It was recommended to us by […], our physio at Fairfield General Hospital, Bury, Lancashire.”
When asked if we could use her words on our website:
“You’re welcome. It really is an amazing idea. A has been much more willing to do his physio. In fact on Saturday he did it about 5 times :). He has taken it into school this morning… Of course you can use the comments on your website. I fully support and commend what you are doing. It’s really hard to get A to do anything at times because he is so tired or in pain but because the bean bag makes things so much more fun and most of all because the other children can join in it makes my life so much more easier.”

My partner bought a Jumping Bean Bag at the Ideal Home for his 6 year old niece who has a rare form of muscular dystrophy, and she absolutely loved it. She kept asking to have the DVD on again and again. She’s Italian and the language barrier didn’t seem to be a problem at all. Thank you all.

My niece has the attention span of a gnat but BEANY had her hooked for the whole 40 minutes. He is a little genius!

We love our new Jumping Bean DVD! I’m a busy working mum so an extra 40 mins is amazing and I don’t feel guilty because it’s good for her!

Thank you so much for the Jumping Bean Bag. Lulu absolutely loves it and slept cuddling the bean bag last night! Another great present from our British Granny!
